When you buy the license or order trial, you indicate e-mail address under which your license account is created and to which your software is linked. After the request you get the license keys and a download link to your email indicated while purchase or request. Please keep the email to be able to get the license key later on. Also please download the application and save it for further use as eMagicOne reserves the right to keep a copy of the software within 6 month only.

If you have lost access to the email, please contact us via ticket and provide us the following information:
your order ID
order confirmation e-mail (the one that you receive after the purchase) or copy (screenshot) of transaction received from your bank/paypal with order details and transaction ID.
old e-mail address the products are registered to
Important Note: In case you do not have access nether to your email nor to your Paypal and bank account, eMagicOne will not be able to provide you with any registration information and you will need to purchase the product once again.
