We use Paddle.com to handle our payments, including VAT or sales tax. There are two ways to exempt VAT, or sales tax:
Add company information and VAT number on Checkout
When checking out, you have the option to enter a VAT ID. Follow few steps:
1. Once you add the product to the shopping cart, specify your email, country and zip code
2. Click the “Continue” button.
3. In the next step, you will see the option to add VAT / GST information based on your country.
4. Click on Add VAT number and you will be able to add your company information
5. Once the information is added, you will see the price without VAT.
When the order is placed and completed, you will get VAT invoice via email.
How to Add VAT to my order and get VAT Invoice?
If the order is already placed and you need a refund on the VAT or sales tax, just reach out to Paddle after your purchase, and they’ll provide you with a VAT money back and VAT Invoice.
