Here's a list of services that we offer:
  • Basic Assistance - Covers single task/job to be done by professionals to save your time. It may cover single expression for import configuration or any other minor assistance. Please contact us for details.
  • Connection Configuration & Setup - Save your time on configuration, let professionals make it all for you.  Please contact us for details.
  • Remote Desktop Assistance - Covers one time remote desktop session with tech engineers within one hour. Please contact us for details.
  • Educational Training Session - Covers one-time training session for one hour that includes answers to all your questions and multiple tricks that will save you tons of time while using Store Manager. Please contact us for details. Check here what is Store Manager.
  • Report Development - Cost depends on the complecity. Requires Store Manager application to have preinstalled. Please contact us with all requirements and your database backup so we could provide you with estimates. Check here what is Store Manager.
  • Custom Import - Covers one-time product import from your .xls, .csv or .xml file. The price depends on your requirements and on the number of items to be imported. Please contact us with your .csv file, database backup and with all your requirements (margings, etc) to get estimated time and cost. Note that service doesn't cover data input. All data should be placed in .xml or .csv file.
