When ordering a license key or requesting a free trial, you indicate your valid e-mail address.
The license key and the download link is sent to the email instantly. Please keep a copy of the email to be able to find your license key later on.
Also please download the application (installation package) and save it for further reference / use as eMagicOne reserves the right to keep a copy of the software within 12 months only.

If you have lost access to the email, please contact us via email support@emagicone.com and provide us the following information:
your order ID
order confirmation e-mail (the one that you receive after the purchase) or copy (screenshot) of transaction received from your bank/paypal with order details and transaction ID.
old e-mail address the products are registered to
Once you submit the request with all the above details, it will be reviewed and you will get response with all the information within 24 business hours.
Important Note: In case you do not have access nether to your email nor to your PayPal and bank account, eMagicOne will not be able to provide you with any registration information and you will need to purchase the product once again.
