How to Order and Apply Support and Update Service to Extend the Support and Download Period of the License

You can download the software free of charge within 12 months (or 3 months for Standard edition - see your package limitations) from the date of purchase of your original license.

After that period, you have to order Support and Update service to extend the period to be able to download the software. You might need as many Update services as you have Primary licenses under your account.

The support and update service can be prolonged for 12, 24 or 36 months.

In order to find out whether you need Update Service please find the Download now or green arrow at the top left corner of the Store Manager application. When clicking, the application will guide you through update or offer ordering Update service.

To order and apply the update service for Store Manager you have to go through the following steps:

Order Support and Update Service for 12, 24 or 36 months, depending on the period you would like to prolong your license:

Store Manager for PrestaShop Update and Support Service

Important! The update service CANNOT BE USED to register Store Manager software!
After purchase:
- In case you have purchased the Update and Support service using the same email as you have your primary license, the service will be applied automatically.
- In case you have purchased using different email, please contact us via support@emagicone.com
and provide us with order confirmation email so we could apply the service for you.

Note: You're welcome to order a separate update service license key per each Store Manager license.

Important note: One Update Service license key can be used one time to prolong one Store Manager license. Once it is used, it becomes disabled!

Now you can download newest version of Store Manager right from the Store Manager application. Follow the green arrow or blue button (Update Now) at the top left corner of the software
