On the top left menu of the Store Manager you should see Update Now button. This button shows you when there's an update service available.
You can download it free of charge within 6 month from the date of purchase of your original license. After that period you have to order Update service to extend the period and be able to download the latest version again. You might need as many Update services as you have Primary licenses under your account.
