On the top left menu of the Store Manager you should see Update Now button. This button shows you when there's a new version released by eMagicOne.
You can download the latest version of thw software free of charge within 12 months from the date of purchase of your original license (or within 3 months for Standard edition - see your package limitations) .
After that period, you have to order Support and Update service to extend the support and update period to be able to download the latest version again.
You might need as many Update services as you have Primary licenses under your account.

After the purchase the customer receives up to 12 months of support and update service along with the purchase, depending on the package purchased.
The support and update service period enables the customer with the access to the download link to the application, installation package, and/or the latest version of the product.
When this period expires and the owner of the license would like to continue having the ability to download the software, then it is required to purchase and apply update services for additional fee.
Also, after the 12 months of support and update service expiration, the software is provided as is.
In case any issues occur with the software, you need to check if the issue can be reproduced with the latest version on the software. Also, you will be asked to order support and update service if you would like to get Support or assistance with the software.
Also, the support is not provided for all features in Beta mode (you can see beta label next to the window / section / software version).
