I cannot copy and paste into store manager

I have tried everything. Ive tried short keys right click paste and even within html edit window there is a paste button and a paste from work...and I cant paste text anywhere within store manager and i mean i cant anywhere. And it been like this from the beginning so I thought it was normal but spoke to someone else and they can paste. Please help because now I need to paste html into the description and i cant type it out all manually.
