I did import my orders on Store Manager and the software did detect that I have 12000+ orders but when I post changes to the Web, only 840 orders are showing on Prestashop backoffice (and it took ages to upload...). Does anyone has the solution to this problem ?
I have a WeTransfer link with the import file (.csv) I used and the config (.cfg) of the import if needed.
This is really urgent, if anyone had faced the same issue and have a solution, please let me know ASAP that would be very very kind from you. My friend also told me the emagicone team is really profesionnal and respond quickly !

As was investigated, not all the fields were mapped in your import configuration and some incorrectly mapped. For example ID client mapped to Customer Email, Total Paid to some undefined column with 0 values
So, it is recommended to double-check the column mappings and also make sure that most of the Order fields are mapped and imported
