We encounter a problem to connect our Store Manager by Bridge connection to our server.
Until now we worked on direct connection with no problem, but several persons will now work on our database so we decided to use the bridge connection.
Everything is working well for a Server A (our test server) : connection direct and bridge.
But with a server B (our production server), we can use the direct connection but the bridge connection will always send a 'Time out' error when we try to 'get the data'.
I already checked all the FTP, database... connections and everything is ok.
I try to go through a proxy to connect to our server but we have the same problem.
Here the errors we have : With Proxy : Socket Error # 10060 Connection timed out.
Without Proxy : HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Time-out
Do you know how we can have more information for this error or if there is something we can try to fix this problem ( maybe something block the connection on our server).
