Would be nice to have "Shop in Store" check box when you are in POS so you can check that box when your customer is buying an item in your physical store. Check box would override the default customer shipping address with physical store address and calculate the right TAX that might be different as the one when customer is ordering online.

Right now we have the following operation:
When you selected Shop and pressed F11 ( POS window open) - order will be created for selected shop
When you selected All shops - by pressing F11 order will be created for default Shop.
In this situation you don't need to use Shop in POS Window.
May by your suggestion is better - please vote in you are interested in implementayion.
