Thank you for your question.
The Store Manager for PrestaShop is intended to manage PrestaShop shopping cart, however the application does not allow to make an installation.
However you can perform a database backup before uninstalling the PrestaShop installation with the Store Manager and then restore the backup file to the fresh shopping cart installation.
Please note, that you should use the same table prefix for your new installation, in order to restore the previous backup file.
