Store Manager for PrestaShop PRO Edition does not have a limitation on the amount of product/combination records that can be imported.
The biggest amount we imported from our side was 500'000 records (around 100'000 products).

Oh my god, i'm sorry, the question had to be "How fast is it". I mean I need to import csv with 1 500 000 combinations (50 000 products), but prestashop built-in feature do this TOO slow. How fast does your soft do this?

It depends on the amount of data which will be imported with products and combinations.
The import itself should not take more than a few hours (3-6 hours) in case "Cache product import data" option is enabled: http://screencast.com/t/VbxGeO3a
However image upload will take a few days.
