Copy Category Associations From One Product To Another

It would be very useful if we could copy category associations from one product to another. There are many products that belong in the same categories, so it would be much quicker to copy them from another product instead of checking them all again. I have many categories on my website because it's part of a large vehicle filter, so I have 1000+ categories for all various vehicles. There are many products that need to go in almost all of those categories... Help!
