please add the possibility to download customization file attached to an order, on my website customer add a "zip" to their order and I would like to be able to download this file directly from emagicOne software.
Also on some product I have a customization form, actualy inside eMagicOne I'm able to see only the first field of the form, it could be great to be to see the full form.

look screen shoot, one is when you look order inside the back office of prestashop and the second one is when you look this same order with your software.
The customer add a "zip" archive file to his order and he write some customization information (look this link to see product: http://www.electronique-performance.fr/shop/modification-fichiers/3-modification-fichier-edc16.html)
What I want is to be able to see all field from his customization and be able to download the "zip" file he put with his order.

Hello, yes I have a module for that, with this module you can upload ZIP and PDF file, this module is made by Ether Creation

As a quick solution -you'll be able to add ZIP link into your email - Orders section - for example -
http://site.com/file.zip
You'll be able to select special field from the list.

I guess - 1 download link for zip is more common solution - you don't need to do manual work each time.
