Download impossible

I have active license for Store Manager for PrestaShop Standard Edition, I bought the program and the license for $199, and was using the program, but I had to format the pc and I lost the program.
Now I try to download the program in its free trial but will not let me because it says that it can not be downloaded on the same pc.

Please I need to download the program.
