As an quick decision:
- Run Store Diagnostics - option - Store-Diagnostics-run.png
In your case don't delete image Uploaded Threads.
If you want to close Store Manager - next time FTP task Queue will ask you : "You have uncompleted FTP tasks - do you want to proceed? " Choose Yes if you want to run next 500 images to upload.
As an quick decision:
