Customer suggestion:
the error is not only from the automated but sometimes happens even in realtime. The workaround at the moment is to close and restart the app...but it's not a real fix. You can't be forced to remember that, for safety, you need to keep the app closed before the automation OR close it and restart...
you have two ways for fix, at least:
1) recognize the original issue source/cause... I don't know since I can't access your source code and don't know what process keeps the file open without any reason
2) call any downloaded file with unique name (eg. downloaded_datetime_random number.csv) and assign that to the tasks, then periodically clear the old downloaded files from the directory
