why does bridge connector create hook.log file in presta root folder with permissions, so that file with all sensitive information are available in public?

quite nonsence to create anything in root

Thanks for waiting. Yes, we can confirm that there is the log file and we will remove it in the next version and attach the file here once there will be a new module release. Thanks for your finding.

Nadia, as I said above I use eMagicOne Store Manager Bridge Connector v3.0.8 and have a hook.log file. Can hook.log be deleted without interrupting normal function of the Bridge Connector? And I am not going to upgrade.

Thanks for your reply. v3.0.8 - is the old Bridge Connector version. The latest one is 3.1.3. There should be no hook log, please use it.

You can delete the hook file but it may cause the error connecting and the file may be regenerated, so please use the latest connector version.
