On the file , we can't import a product in to categories by specifying the 2 id's.
for example, on the category column, is it possible to write 13,14 for the ids

I have changed tge ids by the || separator and it seemd to work.
However, when I want to import characteristics, StoreManager creates a personalized value instead of creating a new value. Is it possible to have an option when importing ?

You have to create a Feature value before import. In case the value does not exist, Store Manager will create a custom one during the import.
