Hi, is it possible to adjust the text and button size on Store manager? I recently bought a high resolution screen, and store manager is the only app that isn't affected by me setting the size of app and text to 200% in windows settings(Windows 10). Is there a way to make the text readable from normal reading distance from the screen?

Store Manager software does not have the customizable text and button size option.
You can adjust the text and button size of Store manager increasing the "Size of text,app an other items " at Display settings of your Computer

I have similar problem on a 4K screen in Window 7 with font setting -150%. Store Manager fonts look blurred and lack sharpness. The font effect is the same like in LCD set to different than its native resolution.
