You can do it right now :-)
step1 - Show all grouped products
step 2 - turn on Qty column
step 3 - select all values where qty > 0
step 4 - export to Excel

Thanks for suggestion.
I think it's better for you in future to use Automated Products Export - this is part of Automated Import Addon.
You can automize the export process to csv in this version, only SQL update with time schedule.
This option (export to CSV file) is not available in this Addon. I hope that user's activity will speed up the implementation of this feature.
Please vote to implement such suggestion in future!
