To have the ability to have same sorting/order of categories in Category tab (left top) and QuickTab Categories (centen bottom). Now, QuickTab Categories are sorted alphabetically only.

You are right. This is very useful suggestion.
By the way - we are going to implement category search or\and filter in Store Manager.
This was was added in our To-do list (future scheduled plans).
It looks like this (draft version) - this is only a mockup.
