Just in case, why do you need such type of filter?
Right now we are able to view selected shops for 1 manufacturer only. Pic - Manufacturer.png

It would be very helpful to have this implemented in the next sprint. I still don't understand why some tabs have shop selectors and others don't, when this is standard in PS backend. Store Manager is lacking a lot for multishop management.
