There is another suggestion that matched this one made on same day. they should have voted instead but I will vote. I have a supplier that uses the product ID as the [product name which is all numbers but I cant map it that way cause it wont upload correctly. Ive asked the supplier to change this but they cant. But here is an example of hw they have the products listed..by product ID: http://prntscr.com/2m66ia

I dont have the product ID because i deleted the products i uploaded. See...It did allow me to upload but the characters came out all messed up in product name. When i went to reupload the csv file it crashed my whole site but im going to back up and try again so i can show you. Just in case it will help, the csv file im uplaoding is atatched
