I would like to have not only my data in sync with my website - but having my images locally in the format that PrestaShop specified would truly mirror what I have in my hosted account. I was not aware that the images were not stored locally. The purpose of have all the data in sync with my local and hosted data is should one or the other become corrupt - the rebuild would be very easy to accomplish. Doing a complete backup of the entire directory structure from the hosted account can take up to 14+hours to complete and often times there are time outs which makes it somewhat impracticable to do on a regular basis.

Right now, image updates with local product info by FTP downloading thread. This is time consumption process. You can force this operation. Copy all /p folder (images) to local PC folder - /ImageCache

Each time when you open new product in Data Grid Store Manager reads image name in this folder. if it is not success - downloading one from FTP.
You can do it myself, if you'd like.
