Hi, the software is well done and very nice but I have encountered several problems and bugs that I'll go on to list:
my system configuration:
PC Asus Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16ghz - 3GB RAM - Video Card Asus Geforce GTX 650 - 4 X 750GB HDD - SO
Windows XP Professional Ver. 2002 SP 3 / Windows 8.1 Enterprice 64bit
Store Manager in connection bridge
1 - the online help refers to a previous version;
2 - many times Store Manager crashes;
3 - when you refresh the window, the skin of the menu change fonts and icons;
4 - when I go to import the products in the update, although these same code, duplicates them;
5 - caricamneto images too slow;
6 - after loading the products with these images are not displayed in the front office until I go in
back office on an article, and save any image again of that product
7 - on import and aggiornameto quantity of products to have the opportunity to choose which supplier or warehouse

8 - With Store Manager ver 2.15.2 b: 1000 when passing the products to another category (drop) the new category
is highlighted on mouse and the list of products does not refresh by updating the products that are in
category of departure.
There is a portable version?
there is a stand alone?
I need more time to test it better

Salve, il software è ben fatto e molto bello però io ho riscontrato diversi problemi e bachi che vado subito ad elencare:
la mia configurazione di sistema:

1 - la guida in linea si riferisce ad una versione precedente;
2 - molte volte Store Manager va in crash;
3 - quando si aggiorna la finestra lo skin del menu cambia font ed icone;
4 - quando vado a importare i prodotti in aggiornamento, pur avendo questi lo stesso codice, li duplica;
5 - caricamneto delle immagini troppo lento;
6 - dopo aver caricato i prodotti con le immagini queste non vengono visualizzate nel front office fino a quando non vado nel
back office su di un articolo qualunque e salvo nuovamente l'immagine di quel prodotto
7 - in fase d'importazione e aggiornameto quantità dei prodotti di avere la possibilita di scegliere quale fornitore o magazzino

A: Send us your log file via e-mail when Store Manager crashes again, so we could check it more deeply and advise you on this regard.
3 - when you refresh the window, the skin of the menu change fonts and icons;
A: Please specify the actions you performed before the fonts have changed.
4 - when I go to import the products in the update, although these same code, duplicates them;
A: You have to check if product identifiers are identical in the database and in the feed (check for spaced and specific characters).

A: Image upload is a time consuming process and sometimes may take even 1-2 days to upload images for the vast amount of products. However this is a one time procedure as there is no need to update product images on a daily basis.

A: We have to check it from our side in order to find out the reason. Submit a ticket at: http://support.emagicone.com/submit_ticket and attach your store configuration file*, so we could check it more deeply.

A: Currently Store Manager does not allow to assign products to the warehouse while product import, however you're welcome to submit it as a feature request and we will consider it in future:
