Hello,
Today I imported stocks for first time on a sample batch of 5 products. On CSV I had a column for "Location", and for Warehouse Quantity (available to sell). I typed in name of warehouse in the "Warehouse" field. The result of my import is the following:
- Warehouse was not assigned
- Location appears in Product grid but not on warehouse tab (and the location of the product grid I cannot find anywhere on the BO).
- Quantity was not imported
I tried several times, even changed the Warehouse name for the warehouse id, but the result is exactly the same each time. Furthermore, those fields have no description (it shows under when selecting other fields) in the import/export wizard.
Can you please explain how these fields should be imported? I need the following:
- Warehouse should be assigned
- Location should be stored on warehouse location field.
- Quantity should be added to "physical quantity" and "usable quantity". I can have 2 columns for this, I just cannot get to import anything in there, they are always 0.
Could you provide us CSV file and your ASM import configuration file?

Ok I managed to figure out a few fields by exporting after making changes.
The only field that does not import is "Location" inside warehouse. I do not understand why the "Location" field is not this field when using warehouses. On the BO I cannot find the Location field you add on the product grid.
Can you please add Location inside warehouse to product export-import? Thanks.

Confirmed, Location field is not in the Import \ Export for ASM (Advanced Stock Management).
I've added this task in our to-do list.
According to estimate date - not ready to comment right now.
It's better to update this request closer to Aug - Sept. 2016
