I noticed that when I clone a product, the friendly url from the new product is not overwritten when changing the description. Can this be regenerated or do I change this manually?

The Store Manager uses a Product Name to generate a Friendly URL.
If you clone the product and the name will be the same, then product URL will have different ID's.
