Yes, I tried that. But then I need to print the invoice with the negative price, like a regular credit slip.
After the status update to refund, the ticket is still the same. No refund is shown.
If I make a partial refund from prestashop's back office, then we can print the credit slip from this software.
I think that make this process directly from the software, would be perfect.
