Update to QuickBooks Canadian Version 2016 (Premier) as 2010 is no longer being supported.
This is a huge factor in deciding to go with Shop Manager.

Please note, Quickbooks integration Addon is a additional block of program. So, you'll be able to use Store Manager for PrestaShop to manage PrestaShop store also.
