The csv prestashop importer support the format: (Name: Value: Position: Customized).
This is useful because many providers thus generate the csv and also simplifies the process, since it is not necessary to create multiple fields or manually create features in the BO.

Hello David.
Thanks for comment.
Could you explain in details ?
Prestashop has ability to select necessary delimiter - see screenshot.
All the same with Store Manager for Prestashop - you can control how to choose delimiter during import (see screenshot).
Please explain.
Are you talking about pre-defined formats for import with quick select option ?
I am referring to the import features or characteristics. In Prestashop is a very simple process from CSV.
Simply by using the format that I explain: in a single field creating features and assignment of the correct values is performed. For example: 'name1:value1,name2:value2...'
Prestashop during the time of import is creating those features that do not exist.
Many vendors and send the features to avoid creating fields for each.

Thanks for explanation David.
Are you talking about this option in the import ? see screenshot
ok ,
This specific format uses only Prestashop backend.
The most popular format looks like this - column1, column 2, column 3 - where you can assign feature name, feature values, feature position with separate column.
Besides, There is no free export tool in the Prestashop backend.
In this case you need to use payment modules to export data.
The main question: how do you export this format by Prestashop ? Feature(Name:Value:Position:Customized)
Do you use special module ?

My provider gives us in this format, we gave instructions on what its exports of ERP.
The method proposed Store Manager is more complex since it requires a predefined structure and also pre-create the features to be imported, in addition to gotten this does not provide a simple import.

Hello,,
Same problem here.. it will be nice to find a way to can import product features in this format: Feature (Name:Value:Position:Customized)
My provider give me a csv with product and all features for product is in 1 column.. or that is how prestashopmanager see it.
Format is: Procesor: i3, Ram: 4GB, ...etc.

Hello!
Also vote for this feature. I have different feauters from different goods that can not be assigned for a same fields. For example processors and pencils. So I use prestashop build-in for import only features. This is not comfortably. It's only need to add one field in the import section that will be in this format: field:value, field:value. It will be more than enough for me. Thank you!

Dear friends! I would also support the possibility of importing product features more easily. The format of our service provider within a cell: (name: value; name: value, etc ...)
Could this be integrated into the strore manager?
Nor would it be bad to be able to separate features in a category and not bulk. This could make it easier to set up layered search.
