XML Import Problem

It looks like you have selected "Product Catalog" node containing the main information about XML tree structure.

You should select "Product" node in order to assign your product details to the database fields, please see the screen capture:

Concerning the attributes. Unfortunately, Store Manager will not allow to import product attributes using the format used in your XML file.
Store Managers XML Product Import requires product attributes under the separate branches.

We have recently added an XML Import feature to the Store Manager and we're still working on the improvement of XML import.
