It is a native function of prestashop, why not have it set up on presta store manager?

Thanks for your request.
You can find software Log files on your computer by following path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\eMagicOne Store Manager\Logs
Additionally, you can enable option show on screenshot to get detailed SQL logs
