I've installed a new Magento site and got in trouble. I did manage to create few test products from admin, I tried to make import of simple products, but have problem with configurable prodcuts. How to get them into my magento store. I'm lack of knowledge and need help with setup so I could generate configurable products from attached file. Help me to figure it up.

So I do have simple, but have to generate configurable from existing simple products. How can I do that with import?

The file is not suitable for configurable products creation, but you can generate them all after import.
Among pre-import preparations make sure that:
- You have configurable attributes with Scope - Global, Input Type - Dropdown and Is configurable is set to Yes. What are the values for variations? Is that Size and Style, or am I missing something?
- Create one attribute that will have common values - it may be manufacturer code or any other attribute, that will help us to generate variations in future. In your case I can see "Product Variation" where the same value is specified for all products that should be mapped in one configurable. Let's say you create attribute with the same name product_variation - for your internal usage.
- The attributes are assigned to correct attribute set that your product will be imported to
After that perform import from the file you have. Use regular mapping as for regular import. You may use either Admin or Store Manager or any other module. In case you have problems with that, let me know I'll guide you through further.
Once you're done with import, use Store Manager tool to generate all configurable products basing on simple products. Here what I mean -
Select all products, and in the context menu select Generate configurable products by criteria. On the next step, select the product_variation or any other attribute that you have common for products to be mapped as criteria for grouping and your configurable attributes, Size and Style as attributes for variations of simple products. As the results new configurable product will be created and simple products with same product_variation will be added to associated products. Dropdowns of configurable product (super attributes) will be generated basing on size and model.

I have the same problem ...
Unfortunately I can only select one configurable attribute (size or color). If I select one and then the other the first will deselect automatically.
However, I need both color and size.

Yes, current version allows to use 1 attribute to create a configurable product.
Please submit feature request and we will add the possibility to select 2 and more attributes
