Add a “Category View” panel with editable grid and properties (similar to Products view)

Managing categories in PrestaShop Manager is currently far more complicated than managing products. At the moment, viewing or editing a category requires multiple clicks for each single operation, making it difficult to access key information quickly. In fact, it is often easier to export all categories to Excel just to review their structure, SEO fields, and metadata.
I would like to request the creation of a dedicated Category View, designed in the same style and workflow as the existing Products panel:

1 Top Grid View (List of Categories)
- Customizable and filterable columns (ID, Name, Active, Parent, Level Depth, Position, Meta Title, Meta Description, URL Rewrite, Image status, Number of products, etc.)
- Ability to sort, multi-edit, bulk update, drag & drop, and quickly preview children categories.

2 Bottom Properties Panel
When selecting a category in the grid, the lower panel should display all editable fields:
-Basic info (Name, Parent, Description, Position, Cover image)
-SEO fields (Meta title, Meta description, Meta keywords, Friendly URL)
-Display options (active/inactive, group access, etc.)

This would perfectly mirror the workflow of the Products section, dramatically improving efficiency for large catalog managers like us.

Why this is important:
Managing category data is critical for SEO. A category page is usually much easier to rank than a product page, so incomplete or incorrect category information represents a major SEO loss. A dedicated Category View would reduce errors, save time, and allow store managers to maintain a clean and optimized category structure directly from PrestaShop Manager without relying on external tools.

This enhancement would be a significant improvement for anyone managing large catalogs and multi-language stores.
