I wondered if it would be possible to configure Store Manager to create quotes. Like we can do Point Of Sale (POS) it would be create to create a quote for customers that could then be converted to a sale later

Many larger companies will not buy direct of the internet, but require a Quote first, their accounts department would then contact us to confirm the order and pay
So ideally, use something similar to POS to create a quote that does not account against sales, then when the customer agrees to pay we can convert it to a sale.
There are modules that enable this feature, but it would be great if store manager could do it
