You can install the latest bridge creating the connection from scratch https://prestashop-store-manager-doc.emagicone.com/quick-start-guide/php-mysql-bridge-connection You can also upload bridge manually on your store root directory and enter the appropriate connection details. We also emailed you directly to assist you more in a personal manner.
