PHP Bridge Get Failure

Several times I have attempted to get data from the web. It goes through the whole process and then I get a message saying its done but could not get a file. When I click OK it goes back into settings and wants to start the whole get process again and no data has been pulled. I have tried deleting the configuration and local data then recreating it but I continue to get the same issue. Please help...

Please specify, the error comes on Bridge Connector or PHP Bridge?.. Did you try both these connections?

Moreover, it can be that some connection parameters need to be changed, that is why it is better to have a direct look at the connection configured and contact our support at contact@emagicone.com
