Several times I have attempted to get data from the web. It goes through the whole process and then I get a message saying its done but could not get a file. When I click OK it goes back into settings and wants to start the whole get process again and no data has been pulled. I have tried deleting the configuration and local data then recreating it but I continue to get the same issue. Please help...

Thanks for your post. Most likely the bridge file you use is not the latest. To be more exact we need to check your connection. As we see you already wrote on our support so we will send you the instructions.

Does anybody have an actual suggestion as to the issue or a solution?

OK so I've discovered that another store in the same domain and on the same server does not exhibit the same error. Any ideas?

Please specify, the error comes on Bridge Connector or PHP Bridge?.. Did you try both these connections?

Also if you want the changes to be live sync you can use Direct connection https://prestashop-store-manager-doc.emagicone.com/quick-start-guide/direct-connection-to-mysql-database

Moreover, it can be that some connection parameters need to be changed, that is why it is better to have a direct look at the connection configured and contact our support at contact@emagicone.com
