You are right Specific price in Presta Admin is not possible(also not possible to edit) but in SM at least I can edit this records.
In Presta Admin for example need to delete record if I have saved one price with wrong date or any other value.
I am interested to add, edit, delete Cart rules and catalog price rules.
For me this is very important, I have multiple dealers category 6 of then A,B,C,D Online A and Online B with different discount following category and manufecture
