POS for independent shops and control warehouses

I am planning to get Shop Manager for my stores, however, it seems it would be difficult as they is no way to control how each store accesses the software, the POS module in shop manager exposes every product without filtering those products in other shops. I cant seem to control from which Ware house I should deduct each order from!

Please update me when there is a complete solution,
