References in POS (Point of sale)

I have product with color-size combinations but without reference to each combination. I want to search the POS with the base product reference. How can this be done?

Please try to search by name or ЕАН13 (if your combinations have unique values for it), in case you do not have reference for all combinations.

All items are clothes and shoes with similar names and descriptions. The only thing that separates the different items is the reference number but it's only one for all combinations.

Can't we include searching the basic reference for products with combinations?

You see, the Store Manager's POS is searching product by combinations references (in case a product has ones), as the final product is a combination of the exact color and size.

You can import your products with combination references (use product references) in order to reach them in the search field of the POS.

I do not import my products, I insert them manually. But the supplier does not give me any product reference with combinations, but only the base product.

Can I use some other field to insert the product reference instead the one that searches the combinations? I tried supplier reference but it does not work either. Can you fix this in order to work?

Just select the product, copy its reference and paste it to the Mass Combination Changer.
