Sergiy, this is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm my case it should say "[x] Stay active after order creation". Of course, when clicked once, the setting should be saved and after closing Store Manager and opening it again, the check-box should still be marked [x].

New buttons were added in POS - see screenshot.
In this case it's up to you - do you want to stay in POS - press 1 button "Create & Stay"
if you don't want to stay in POS - press another button "Create |& Exit"
