I update daily a lot of products and every time I must first upload it to Prestashop, then "get data from web" to get the unique product id's from my wholesaler.
After that I import the product in Storemanager to get things in the right place and with all the other information from that product.
Again images.

It seems you have bridge connection.
in this case you need to do the following steps:
1. Get data from Web
2. Import CSV file - assign by ID
3. Post to Web.

You should do it every time before import.

It seems some misunderstood.

Give us full backup and csv file to reproduce such issue - http://support.emagicone.com/submit_ticket

You should use Reference instead of Product ID.
It's useful if you need to update file from store to PC - do changes and after that - from PC - to store.
During this operation don't change data on site.

according to your comment;
Part 1 -- we can't reproduce such issue from our side.
Give us remote access to your PC.
http://files.emagicone.com/TeamViewerQS_en.zip

Part 2 - letter issue - it seems you've selected another format for text: latin 1 or else.... it should be UTF-8. Please check DB-structure.
Store Manager works with UTF-8 that's why you can work with Arabic, German and China language.
