Shop Attributes with Quickbooks Intergration

Currently we can not link any products in our store with attributes to QuickBooks. This is really annoying because our Prestashop store is almost all products with attributes. We want to have the ability to integrate standard products with attributes to QuickBooks single products in order for QuickBooks to send over quantities of these standard products with attributes to Prestashop. QuickBooks is our main place with accurate stock quantities, it would be a shame to have to switch to magento , shopify or anything because Prestashop does not have this option.
