thanx for the suggestion but I am not referring to this fields. I am talking about the features tab where in prestashop one can enter custom features in all languages at once using the ALL drop-down value thus not having to enter the same custom feature value for all languages one by one.

this is correct. In the first screenshot taken from prestashop backend, you are allowed to choose "ALL" which would fill all language fields. However in prestashop manager as per the second screenshot one has to fill all fields instead of filling one that would automatically fill all language fields.
