Is is possible to include any (per product) specific prices when importing/exporting products? I don't see any fields for it.

Currently Store Manager for PrestaShop does not allow to import or export specific product prices, however you're welcome to submit a request here: http://prestashop-manager.betaeasy.com/ and we will consider it in future.
