On the Prestashop backoffice in the Customer's view there is a "total purchased" column that shows how much the customer has spent on your shop. It would be very helpful to have this on the SM too to know which customers have placed orders when managing customers.
You are right
This is very interesting suggestion
But each new total in Customer Grid - is another SQL query for calculation.
It is a matter of compromise - the speed or functionality
By the way, we have total sum for orders in Store Manager - screenshot.
P.S. from my side I'll try to investigate execution time for this suggestion.
Contact me in one week again. :-)
I know there is that orders total, but that is not per customer. Perhaps it could be an option to hide/unhide that column for whoever does not make use of it and would rather more speed.

ok. it's clear for me. Thanks Yosh.
I saw this option in PrestaShop 1.6 (screenshot)
We are going to investigate the possibility of implementation.
Please contact me next week again about this suggestion after commercial Release of Store Manager.
