If a customer comes to the store and returns a product. We would like to enter product e.g. and enter a negative quantity to return the product. Including stock change in prestashop.
Then customer can get paid amount back in cash, or purchase other product and the returned amount is subtracted from the new order total.

We are work with returns according to PrestaShop backend. Also, Merchandise returns are available in Store Manager for PrestaShop.
