EXCLUDE ARTICLE TO PUBLISH ON AMAZON, FROM A LIST OF THOUSANDS

Hello:
We have a problem with the Amazon plugin.
We explain…
We send the items to Amazon through its module, only for Offers already published to which our price and shipping offer is added.
The problem that arises is that Amazon has thousands of incorrectly published products and opening a case for Amazon to correct the article is very laborious, they ask for a lot of documentation and evidence, photos and in the end it is almost impossible to correct it.
Therefore the easiest and fastest way is not to add this Offer.
There are several reasons for incorrectly published items on Amazon:
• Bad title
• Bad image
• Bad description
• Item that does not correspond to the EAN to be published (the EAN is a pen and Amazon publishes shoes with that EAN)
• Item in packs or multiples
• Items with the EAN of the unit, but the box of 12 units is published
• Prohibited item
On the other hand, we may also want to exclude the publication of an item due to volume, weight or any other reason that we do not want to be published on Amazon.

The problem is that we publish many items on Amazon, including these incorrectly and what it does is have to cancel sales and refund, which significantly harms the account.
We have tried to exclude manually, but it is very laborious, since its Amazon plugin does not even have a search engine and in a list of 20,000 or 30,000 items you cannot search.
We have tried to set the item to 0 before importing, but there are so many that it is very laborious.
We have tried to create an excluded category, set them to 0 and correct the stock once published, but after an update using a scheduled task they are back in stock regardless of the category they are in.

For this reason we propose that a new function be added that would solve this problem for all sellers.
We propose that in the Amazon plugin, when adding a new import, in the configuration section, at the same time as configuring price... and other parameters, a new tab be created where items to be excluded from the import can be added.
That they can be added to a list or a table, by EAN or by ID and that these items remain forever excluded from the import, unless they are removed from the list when their correction is confirmed by Amazon.
This would be correct and necessary, since any modification or update of the catalog would not affect these items since they would be blocked in the import process to Amazon in the same task as the complete one.
We request that this programming and improvement of the Amazon module be carried out.
This type of excluded list already exists in other Amazon modules for Prestashop, as well as other modules for other Marketplaces.
It is very useful, because there is always an article that you do not want to publish and the Marketplaces always have badly created articles.

We ask you to please work on this very useful improvement.

Greetings.

Thank you for your comment

Exclude list sounds like a good idea. We will definitely add it in future versions.
