The same way there is a "search product" button to search for a specific product, it would be great to have a "search customer" button to pull up a customer's profile. I often have to edit specific customer's info and right now there is no way to search except for looking for it on the list, but when there are thousands...

But you have column filter in Customer Grid and special tabs (right part of window) .
It looks like a duplicate service. :-)

In your window you only have 4 customers, try looking for a customer when you have 5000 customers...

PS. Prestashop's BO customer filter is a lot faster than yours, because you can just write down any part of the name/last name / email in the input boxes for the filter and it searches right away, in the SM you have to scroll until you find it...
